The Jasper Group trusted BIG to complete their recent buildout on the 6th floor at 345 N Morgan St, a building located in the center of the West Loop hustle and bustle. JSI will be utilizing their new space as a showroom to impress potential customers, therefore requiring a high level of design and attention to detail.

The 6th floor is a 1st generation space, requiring new MEP infrastructure. Due to the climate of the supply chain, BIG worked closely with the design architect and engineer on the team to identify the long lead infrastructure items and ensure they ordered as soon as possible to meet JSI’s move in date. This project also has an extensive light fixture package which required coordination with the team and our vendors to verify the fixtures chosen meet both JSI’s schedule and budget requirements.
