NXT Capital

NXT Capital set out to expand within its downtown Chicago headquarters,relocating from the 29th and 30th floors to two newly reimagined levels. The25th floor became a vibrant employee hub, complete with open office space, acafé, and amenity areas, while the 26th floor transformed into a high-end,client-facing conference and training center. The two floors were connected bya refreshed feature stair with a dramatic light fixture. The project requiredintegrating advanced AV systems, custom Italian office fronts, and detailedceiling features, all while navigating existing building constraints, strict ITand security standards, and accelerated design timelines. Through proactivecoordination and transparent communication, the team delivered a polished,functional space ready for both daily operations and high-profile clientengagements.
