Phase I of the project is complete and includes a 14,000 SF cultivation lab with two flowering rooms and a veg room. The substantial mechanical system is designed for cultivation with conditioning units, CO2 systems, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, irrigation, and fertigation, providing Cannect the capability to dial in the conditions of every space in their lab to their exact specifications.

Specialty LED lighting for cannabis facilities is positioning precisely above the benching system, and light output is controlled via iPad.

Cannect will continue building out more cultivation lab in subsequent phases as allowed by their cannabis license.
