Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors

BIG Construction built-out an 8,000-square-foot space for Kayne Anderson in the 150 N. Riverside building, shortly after it was completed in 2017. Following a perimeter plan with private offices overlooking the Chicago River, the space maintains a welcoming feel while providing functional privacy by incorporating a double-glazed glass system for all interior-facing walls. The system creates a seamless transition from office to office, while mitigating sound, and lets natural light into the interior open meeting spaces.

A large café sits in the middle of the space and incorporates a comfortable living room environment for employees and guests to gather. A polished concrete floor and geometric ceiling fixtures complete the warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
