SUNON’s space already had a strong foundation, so the focus was on thoughtful updates ahead of NeoCon, the world’s leading commercial interior design event held annually in Chicago. We refreshed the space with new LVT flooring over the existing epoxy concrete, updated the walls with fresh paint, and installed new light fixtures. These targeted improvements gave the space a refreshed, polished look while making the most of what was already there.

Reconfiguration

BIG Construction reconfigured Strata's office to create a more efficient and functional workplace. The project scope consisted of opening a wall between an existing office and conference room, adding a new door and improving connectivity between the spaces. Outlets, switches, and data cables were also relocated to support the updated layout, making targeted improvements that aligned with Strata's overall goals within their office space.
