Over the last five years, GrubHub has transformed their Chicago office into a brand-infused, versatile environment with BIG as their construction partner for the duration.

Major buildouts and renovations have been completed on seven floors in addition to smaller projects. First, the team completed a five-floor renovation. The existing open floor plan was redesigned to feature multi-use, adaptable spaces, including a lunch room and reception area which can be converted to a gathering space in less than 15 minutes.

Additional work includes a 30,000-square-foot, two-floor expansion and roof deck renovation, and renovation of the executive floor, adding a boardroom and entertaining space, delivered  a month ahead of schedule.

BIG also recently completed a three-floor, 79,000- square-foot office build-out for Grubhub in New York City.
