Earlier this year, we completed a full-floor build for a growing financial client. The day we wrapped, we learned they needed to expand to the floor above, complete with a communicating stair to connect both levels. They chose to stay with BIG without reopening the RFP process. That decision spoke volumes about the trust between our teams.

Their pace is fast and their standards are high. Our team moved quickly, kept communication clear, and stayed adaptable as their needs evolved. The result was a seamless expansion that brought two floors together and supported a team that continues to scale.

DOUBLE GOOD | Precision in an Active Production Facility

Double Good asked us to complete a highly technical project inside a live food manufacturing facility. The work required planning, containment, and strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Our team installed new trench drains, coordinated daily with quality control staff, and maintained strict cleanliness while the factory stayed fully operational.

Our service work program continues to grow, and we expanded our capabilities this year with our self-perform carpentry team. Together, these two functions allow us to stay close to clients long after the initial build.

Service work covers everything from quick repairs to smaller construction needs, providing our clients with a reliable partner for fast, high-quality solutions. Our self-perform capabilities provide hands-on control when timing and craftsmanship are critical. This year, our team significantly increased both our service work and self-perform efforts, strengthening support for a wide range of legacy clients across Chicago.
