Charlie Murphy, Project Manager, is our Core Value Champion this quarter! Each quarter, our team is asked to recognize the hard work of their peers. Charlie was admired for his continued growth throughout his years at BIG, from his "early beginnings as an intern to a well-respected leader as a PM today." In the past year specifically, he championed the career fair process and helped oversee the hirings of upcoming 2023 team members. Beyond that, he is well-respected for his duality in both technical knowledge and interpersonal professionalism.
