As a theatre planning and lighting design firm, Schuler Shook's space has the most involved lighting control system we have ever seen. BIG, Schuler Shook, Charlie Greene Studio, Premium Electric Services, and Kent Consulting Engineers carefully coordinated the ceiling MEPs and architectural design to accommodate the featured light fixtures.

The unique buildout also includes a new ComEd feed, two air handlers, medium pressure loop, rooftop crane-picked condensers, and a 2-hour coiling fire door.
