Ram Rivera, BIG Senior Superintendent in charge of CareerBuilder's project, told us his favorite place in their new office (pictured above). "My favorite space is the 11th floor, main entrance. I think there’s a lot of color in there, they’ve got beautiful graphics, you got the stair coming in, and you got a lot of lighting, multiple conference rooms, it’s just a busy area, and I think they’re gonna love it."

The 85,000-square-foot buildout encompasses four floors. The floors are connected by two new communicating stairs built in opposite corners of the office, a physical representation of the connection and collaboration CareerBuilder envisioned for their employees’ new space.

The open office, which offers all employees natural light, is punctuated by open meeting areas. The interior walls are lined with conference, huddle and focus rooms and a large training room opens to the main lobby through a functioning garage door. Each floor also houses a cafe and lounge area for informal meetings. An executive suite includes private offices and a private boardroom.
