Hub International

The new Hub International office surrounds the building’s atrium, and the design takes this as an advantage. The space begins at a welcoming reception and conference area, then splits into two large spaces filled with individual workstations, private offices and collaboration rooms, which rejoin at a large lounge, café, and conference area. The conference room can be closed off for private meetings or opened to the café and lounge for large social gatherings overlooking the atrium.

BIG Construction was the construction manager for the space which also features SMART audio/visual technology and demountable furniture.
