A veteran-led private equity firm, Cold Bore Capital entrusted BIG with the buildout of their new headquarters, designed for collaboration and ideation. The high contrast black and white color palette is softened by the custom wood ceiling feature, amplifying key feature areas at the reception, boardroom, and café.

Located above the 46th floor SkyLounge and mechanical mezzanine floor, it was imperative for Cold Bore Capital to select a construction management partner that was able to execute their buildout amid the challenging logistical constraints. BIG worked closely with the design team to engineer solutions, identify alternatives, and ultimately deliver a sound solution that would eliminate potential risks and exposures.
