With their swing space leaseending and a full-floor adaptive reuse project ahead, the firm needed more thanjust a general contractor — they needed a true partner.

BIG was engaged to transform a dated space into a modern,functional workplace tailored to the needs of a law firm — all whilemaintaining tight control over costs and delivering within a compressed 10-weekschedule.
