Legacy.com relocated their office to downtown Chicago to create a vibrant, open office space to energize their team. Originally intended as an 11,000-square-foot buildout, Legacy leased an adjacent 4,000-square-foot space during construction, which BIG Construction finished to include the same infrastructure and functionality.

Individual workstations share the floor with collaboration areas, which can be partially divided with felt sliding panels. Conference rooms, each painted a different color, are situated throughout the floor to offer privacy. The main conference room opens to the adjacent pantry and lounge by a garage door, offering a combined 1,600-square-foot space for hosting large gatherings.
