Gelber Group

The completion of the buildout for this Chicago-based trading firm demanded meticulous coordination and collaboration from our team to adhere to the firm’s stringent schedule.

An adaptive reuse project, the design embraced elements from its prior occupants, including lighting and material choices. Our preconstruction team meticulously evaluated pricing and conducted value engineering exercises to harmonize the new finishes and guarantee timely procurement of materials.

As a trading firm, BIG worked closely with the architect, MEP trades furniture vendors to ensure that trader workstations were supplied with sufficient power and data, and applied cost savings by investigating the electrical infrastructure layout.
