Charlie started his career with BIG on Day 1 as an intern, worked hard during his internships to earn a full-time offer as a Project Engineer, then further advanced into the APM role.  His contributions during his three years of full-time service and multiple intern years supporting BIG were vital to the company’s success. 

Within the last year, Charlie has shined while leading projects as the main point of contact to our clients, completing work for Schuler Shook, Pregis, Association for Women’s Healthcare, IHT, and Home Chef.  His strong interpersonal skills, levelheadedness, humble team player attitude, drive for perfection, and problem-solving ability has been remarkable so far and are key qualities that will allow him to flourish as a Project Manager.
