Kevin Chua has been promoted to a Project Executive! Kevin was one of BIG’s first team members, joining the company in 2017 as a Project Manager. He managed foundational projects for BIG, playing an integral role in the company’s success.  Kevin oversaw GrubHub’s 165,000-square-foot, five-floor, office transformation, and CareerBuilder’s 90,000-square-footheadquarters buildout.

In 2019 Kevin was promoted to Senior Project Manager and supported BIG’s growth by focusing on managing large-scale, multi-floor projects as well as mentoring the expanding operations staff.

Additional project highlights include Home Chef’s 74,000-square-foot headquarters buildout in the Old Post Office, and Numerator’s 60,000-square-foot headquarters buildout in the Marshall Fields Building.

With his operations background through project management, Kevin has taken on a leadership role with BIG’s Preconstruction Team as well as greater responsibility for the company’s growth in corporate interiors as well as new markets, including life sciences, healthcare, education, and industrial interiors.
