BIG is working with Thomas Roszak Architecture, LLC and Steel Grass on a new spec suite at 145 S Wells that will pack a punch!

The space will include a centralized boardroom, reception and kitchen as well as conference rooms, private offices and open workstations. Off the kitchen is a flex space that leads out to a balcony overlooking the building's courtyard.
