BIG recently completed a spec suite at 2071 N Southport, an old warehouse across from Lincoln Yards that has been turned into mixed-use space by Interra Realty. BIG also renovated the corridor space, built out bathrooms, and sectioned off two additional spec suites.

Timber columns and decking make this space, designed by GREC Architects, really cool.
