First Eagle’s full floor features a large cafe off one side of their central elevator lobby and a reception and meeting area off the other. They invested a large part of their budget in these area, creating a welcoming environment for clients and employees alike to gather and have meetings. A grid ceiling spans from the cafe, through the elevator lobby, to the reception and boardroom area, providing excellent soundproofing and interesting aesthetic.

The rest of the floor is a mixture of private and open offices punctuated by huddle areas for collaborative work. First Eagle has historically worked with Teknion for their office fronts, as they did on this job. BIG coordinated between Teknion and our wall covering vendor to ensure a smooth installation of both office fronts and a feature plaster wall at reception.
