Simplex Investment's relocated within the Federal Reserve Building of Chicago at the beginning of 2021.

To meet the trading firm's needs, BIG installed enhanced power and data at the trading desks and added a new UPS room, as well as supplemental exhaust and cooling. In addition to meeting the firm’s business requirements, the space includes several showstopping design features, such as a breeze block wall at reception.
