High-end offices with finishes including architectural metal accent borders in the cafe and reception, a custom sit-stand reception desk, and custom veneer doors for the office fronts. Large-format tile was used in high-impact areas.

BIG did a floor survey before the start of construction and found an issue with the levelness.  Due to the large format tile designated in the design, the project team opted to level the floor completely to meet the tight tolerances of the tile. BIG worked with the tenant for reimbursement of this work from the building based on turnover conditions.
