Belvedere Trading

Belvedere Trading updated their 50,000-square-foot office and expanded into an additional 11,000 square feet to accommodate their growing workforce. BIG Construction worked closely with the project team to phase construction in the space, which was occupied with traders 24/7. Communications included weekly phasing plans to keep employees informed of construction areas.

New trading desks were installed throughout the entire floor. The electrical feeding the desks was upgraded to bring the space up to code, and in phases to keep the desks live. The expansion includes a new reception, featuring a custom millwork wall, a bar and game room, and kitchen. The Belvedere brand is infused throughout the office using custom branded lighting and wall graphics.
