Business Development Associates are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding the customer’s needs and effectively communicating the value proposition with the goal of generating new business. The ideal candidate will possess an enthusiasm for sales, strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to articulate a value proposition. Business Development Associates are expected to maintain positive and effective working relationships with both internal and external members of the Project Team and support departments. They make decisions and recommendations which can greatly affect BIG’s relationship with customers and the profitability of projects he/she manages.
